Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Lawnworks, a division of Eighty Eight Services LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Lawnworks provides professional lawn care services including but not limited to fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, insect control, and grub control. Service availability may vary by season and location.

Service Area

We currently serve Blaine, MN and the surrounding Twin Cities Metro area. Service availability at specific addresses is subject to our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change
• Payment is required at the time of purchase for seasonal service plans
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website
• Service prices may vary based on property size, condition, and services selected

Service Scheduling

Service timing depends on weather conditions, seasonal requirements, and scheduling availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of service visits. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Property Access

By scheduling our services, you grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of providing lawn care services. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days.

Service Results

Lawn care results depend on many factors including soil conditions, weather, watering practices, and existing lawn health. While we use professional-grade products and techniques, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We will work with you to address any concerns about your service.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Before first application: Full refund minus any processing fees
• After services begin: Prorated refund for unused applications
• Same-day cancellation: No refund for that scheduled service

To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with a service application, contact us within 14 days and we'll return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lawnworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Chemical Applications

Our services may include the application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. We are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and follow all applicable regulations. Please inform us of any specific concerns regarding chemical applications on your property.

Weather and Service Timing

Lawn care applications are weather-dependent. We may reschedule services due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that would affect the effectiveness of applications. Rescheduled services will be completed as soon as conditions permit.

Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your services, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lawnworks/Eighty Eight Services LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
